Como pintar páginas da Bíblia (Como pintar em papel fino) (How to Paint on Bible Pages) - VIDEO

Olámores, hoje vou atender a pedidos e mostrar como pintar nas folhas finas da Bíblia e não borrar o outro lado, e o segredo é simples: vamos usar o Clear Gesso (Gesso Transparente).

Existem Bíblias com espaço nas laterais das páginas, próprias pra desenhar e pintar, e como não entendo nada de Bíblia não sei dizer qual o tipo de papel dessas Bíblias especiais pra pintura e também não sei se já são vendidas no Brasil. Nos Eua eu sei que tem.

Bom, o Gesso Clear eu mostrei como fazer em um dos meus vídeos, AQUI. Preparei as páginas antes passando uma camada fina de gesso na parte que eu ia pintar, deixei secar.

Fiz desenhos simples com marcador permanente preto da Mitsubishi, não pretendi fazer nenhuma obra de arte, são desenhos apenas pra testes.

O primeiro teste que fiz foi com lápis de cor comum. A cor fica "chapada" porque não consegui mesclar as cores em cima do papel devido á cola existente no Clear Gesso, mas considerei o resultado bom.

There are Bibles with space on the sides of the pages, suitable for drawing and painting, and since I do not understand anything about the Bible I do not know what kind of paper these special Bibles are made for painting and I do not know if they are already sold in Brazil. In the US I know you can buy one.

Well, Clear Gesso? I showed how to make it  in one of my videos, HERE. I prepared the pages before, passing a thin layer of clear gesso to the part that I was going to paint, I let it dry.

I made simple designs with Mitsubishi black permanent marker, and I did not intend to do any work of art, they are drawings just for tests.

The first test I did was with ordinary colored pencils. The color gets "flat" because I could not blend the colors on top of the paper because of the glue in the Clear Gesso, but I considered the result good.

Do outro lado da folha ficou aparecendo tanto o marcador quanto a pintura, claro, porque a folha é muito fina, mas o marcador não borrou o outro lado e isso foi ótimo.

On the other side of the sheet, the marker and the painting appeared, of course, because the sheet is very thin, but the marker did not blur the other side and that was great.

O teste seguinte foi com caneta hidrocor, e desta vez o desenho apareceu mais do outro lado da folhas mas também não borrou. Então, também está aprovado.

The next test was with a watercolor pen, and this time the design appeared more on the other side of the sheets but also did not blur. So, it is also approved.

Depois foi a vez da aquarela e eu já imaginava que seria um pouco difícil de pintar porque a aquarela precisa que o papel absorva a tinta, e como o Clear Gesso é feito com cola e cola é uma substância que torna a superfície impermeável, eu estava certa! Consegui pintar, mas a  tinta "dança" um pouco sobre o papel e a evaporação da água dela se dá pelo meio ambiente e não pela absorção do papel. Não fiquei fã desse resultado.

Também não houve passagem de tinta pro outro lado da folha.

Then it was the turn of the watercolor and I already imagined that it would be a bit difficult to paint because the watercolor needs the paper to absorb it, and since the Clear Gesso is made with glue and glue is a substance that makes the surface impervious, I was certain! I was able to paint, but the paint  "danced" a little on the paper and the evaporation of the water in it happens through the environment and not through the absorption of the paper. I was not a fan of that result.



There was also no ink passing to the other side of the sheet.

Por fim, resolvi experimentar a tinta acrílica. Com pincel molhado em água e depois em cada cor, fui passando nos desenhos e  ficou ótimo! A tinta cobria bem o papel e apesar da água, como molhei pouco o pincel, a tinta não ficou "dançando" em cima do papel. As cores ficaram vivas e fortes do jeito que as coloquei. Usei cores diretamente dos vidros, sem misturar, mas claro que cada pessoa pode fazer a mistura que quiser e aplicar no papel. Também não houve passagem da tinta pro outro lado da folha.

Pra mim, este foi o melhor resultado.

Finally, I decided to try the acrylic paint. With a brush wet in water and then in each color, I went through the drawings and it was great! The ink covered the paper well and despite the water, as I dabbed the brush a little, the ink did not "dance" on the paper. The colors came alive and strong the way I put them. I used colors directly from the glass without mixing, but of course each person can make the mixture they want and apply it to the paper. There was also no passing of the paint to the other side of the sheet.



For me, this was the best result.

A conclusão que cheguei é que de todas as tintas que usei, a acrílica é a que oferece mais poder de cobertura com resultado mais bonito, mas claro que isso também é uma questão de gosto pessoal.

So I've come to the conclusion that of all the paints I've used, the acrylic is the one that offers the most coverage power with the most beautiful result, but of course this is also a matter of personal taste.
