Pintar com aquarela é um desafio para muitas pessoas e pintar com lápis aquarela pode ser um desafio ainda maior, por isso conhecer o material é muito importante!
Então vamos começar fazendo uma Tabela de Cores dos lápis Prismalo Aquarelle da Caran D'Ache sobre um pape branco e ver como realmente as cores são.A partir dessa tabela podemos escolher melhor as cores que iremos usar nas nossas pinturas; isso é essencial para começarmos bem qualquer trabalho!
A caixa possui 30 lápis de cor e você pode pular para o minuto 23:24 para ver a tabela pronta mas minha sugestão é que assista ao vídeo completo principalmente a parte onde passo o pincel com água nas cores já pintadas no papel.

Painting with watercolor is a challenge for many people and painting with watercolor pencils can be an even greater challenge, so knowing the material is very important!
So let's start by making a Color Chart of Caran D'Ache's Prismalo Aquarelle pencils on a white paper and see how the colors really are.
From this Chart we can choose better what colors we will use in our paintings; this is essential to start any watercolor art !
The box has 30 colored pencils and you can skip to the minute 23:24 on teh video to see the Chart ready, but my suggestion is that you watch the full video, mainly the part where I run the brush with water in the colors already painted on the paper.

Analyzing the information contained in the box, which is actually metal and therefore much more resistant than if it were a cardboard box:

Os lápis vem acomodados em uma bandeja de plástico, isso é bom porque podemos colocar a bandeja em cima da mesa e deixa-los em segurança enquanto fazemos a pintura.
The pencils are accommodated in a plastic tray, this is good because we can put the tray on the table and leave them safe while we do the painting.
Nenhum lápis tem nome de cor mas sim número de série, no caso 999, seguido do número do próprio lápis.
Na extremidade oposta à ponta a mina é coberta com tinta branca, em todos os lápis.
Sempre que faço uma pintura com lápis de cor, aquarelável ou não, muitas pessoas pedem que eu coloque o nome das cores dos lápis no vídeo cada vez que uso cada lápis.
Mas, o nome da cor pode variar de acordo com cada fabricante e minha resposta é sempre incentivando as pessoas a não se preocuparem tanto em lembrar dos nomes ou em aprender os nomes, porque isso vem com o tempo e a experiência. O mais importante é entender como a cor se comporta no papel e em relação às outras a seu redor.
Nem todos tem os mesmos materiais, então dar os nomes das cores pode limitar o aprendizado de quem assiste o vídeo porque se eu estiver pintando com uma cor que alguém que está assistindo o vídeo não tem, pode desistir de pintar e não é isso que eu quero!
O ideal é que cada pessoa use o material que tem e escolha cores parecidas com as minhas caso queira fazer pinturas com as cores que eu uso.
Testar cores é um ótimo exercício!
Arranged from the lightest to the darkest colors, they facilitate the choice of color.
No pencil has a color name but a serial number, in the case 999, followed by the number of the pencil itself.
At the end, opposite the tip, the lead is covered with white paint on all pencils.
Whenever I paint with colored pencils, watercolored or not, many people ask me to name the colors of the pencils in the video each time I use each pencil.
But, the name of the color can vary according to each manufacturer and my answer is always encouraging people not to worry so much about remembering the names or learning the names, because that comes with time and experience. The most important thing is to understand how the color behaves on paper and in relation to the others around it.
Not everyone has the same materials, so naming the colors can limit the learning experience of those who watch the video because if I am painting with a color that someone who is watching the video does not have, they can give up painting and that is not what I want!
Ideally, each person should use the material they have and choose colors similar to mine if they want to make paintings with the colors I use.
Testing colors is a great exercise!
As cores pintadas no corpo dos lápis são muito parecidas com as minas, mas mesmo assim é preciso fazer a Tabela de Cores porque existem diferenças.
The colors painted on the body of the pencils are very similar to the leads, but even so it is necessary to make the Color Chart because there are differences.
Como são 30 cores, em um pedaço de papel 200g/m² tracei 6 colunas e 5 linhas obtendo 30 espaços onde ficarão as cores.
Em cada espaço coloquei o número de cada lápis na mesma ordem apresentada na caixa.
As there are 30 colors, on a 200g / m² piece of paper I traced 6 columns and 5 lines, obtaining 30 spaces where the colors will be.
In each space I put the number of each pencil in the same order presented in the box.
I opted to first dry-paint all the spaces, in diagonal movement, in a lighter shade for a very dark one that actually will be the color of each pencil.
Com a tabela completa, é hora de passar o pincel molhado em água procurando fazer um degradê do claro para o escuro.
With the chart completed, it's time to pass the brush wet in water trying to make a gradient from light to dark.
Escrevi o número de cada lápis com marcador permanente da Mitsubishi por ser resistente á água.
I wrote the number of each pencil with a Mitsubishi permanent marker because it is water resistant.
Percebi que realmente as minas são duras e em algumas cores riscam um pouco o papel;
a pigmentação é forte, cores intensas mas em algumas cores claras a gradação de claro e escuro é muito sutil;
também notei saturação em algumas cores escuras e uma ou duas cores pareceram ser um pouco metálicas.
I realized that the leads are really hard and in some colors they scratch the paper a little;
pigmentation is strong, intense colors but in some light colors the gradation of light and dark is very subtle;
I also noticed saturation in some dark colors and one or two colors appeared to be a little metallic.
Resumindo: ótimos lápis e em breve farei uma pintura com eles, super recomendo!
In short: great pencils and soon I will make a painting, I highly recommend them!
