O que pode causar o escurecimento da tinta?
1- A frequência com que a caneta é usada.
Muitas pessoas gostam de caneta tinteiro, enchem o reservatório de tinta, mas gostam tanto que não usam a caneta!
Ou porque não tem o hábito de usar, apesar de gostarem; ou porque querem preservar a caneta, ou simplesmente porque esquecem de usar.
A tinta possui o pigmento da cor, e esse pigmento vai sedimentando dentro do reservatório por falta do manuseio da caneta, ou seja, a caneta fica parada, guardada, e depois de um tempo quando se precisa escrever com ela esse pigmento, quando a caneta é colocada quase na vertical, escorre para a pena e como é um pigmento bem concentrado escurece a tinta.
Você já viu o fundo de uma xícara de café? Experimente deixar um pouco de café na xícara por horas, sem mexer, e depois vire a xícara. O que você vê? A superfície do líquido mais clara e o fundo bem escuro, quase uma borra de café.
Assim acontece com a tinta.
Qual é a solução? Use a caneta sempre!
2- Deixar a caneta destampada sem estar sendo usada.
Ao deixar a caneta destampada a tinta vai secando e também sedimentando o pigmento. A parte mais líquida da tinta começa a evaporar e o que sobra é o pigmento, que pode, aliás, entupir a caneta!
Qual é a solução? Não esqueça de tampar sempre a caneta após o uso, mesmo que vá usa-la 1 minuto após ter tampado.
3- Pouco desmonte e pouca limpeza da caneta.
Quando a tinta acaba precisamos colocar mais, mas em algum momento é preciso desmontar a caneta, lavar as partes em água corrente e deixa-las de molho em água filtrada por algumas horas, trocando a água até que fique limpa.
A cada 5 ou 6 trocas de tinta recomendo o desmonte e a limpeza da caneta, caso seja muito usada.
Se for pouco usada, o desmonte e a limpeza deve acontecer com intervalo menor.
A frequência no uso da caneta diminui o número de vezes que precisamos desmontar e limpar porque atinta está sendo sempre renovada.
4- Sacuda bem o vidro de tinta antes de abrir para que o pigmento se misture e dilua novamente, espere alguns segundos para abrir o vidro, e encha o reservatório da caneta.
5- Sempre que for mudar a cor da tinta é necessário desmontar e limpar a caneta antes de colocar a cor nova.
6- Por último mas não menos importante: Não guarde a sua caneta com tinta no reservatório por tempo prolongado. Se for o caso, esvazie o reservatório de tinta e limpe a caneta.
É melhor perder a tinta do que perder a caneta.
