Ter recortes de figuras é sempre útil quando estamos fazendo algum tipo de artesanato ou até de arte, e ter recortes é simples: basta recortar figuras de papéis de Scrapbooking,
por exemplo.
Claro que também podemos recortar de revistas, ou carimbar alguns papéis e recortar a figura dos carimbos.
Algumas vezes eu quero que meus recortes sejam em papel vegetal: é só carimbar e recortar o papel.
Mas e quando já tenho recortes prontos, de papéis de Scrapbooking mas gostaria que fossem de papel vegetal?
Ou seja, como "transformar" papel comum em papel vegetal?
Claro que é um falso papel vegetal mas fica bastante parecido com o verdadeiro e assim obtenho o efeito que eu quero!
Vamos ver como fazer um falso papel vegetal?
Having cutouts of figures is always useful when we are doing some kind of crafts or even art, and having cutouts is simple: just cut the pictures from Scrapbooking papers,for example.
Of course, we can also cut out magazines, or stamp some papers and cut out the figure of the stamps.
Sometimes I want my cutouts to be on parchment paper: So i just stamp and cut the paper.
But what about when I already have cutouts ready for Scrapbooking papers but would like them to be made of clear paper? That is, how to "transform" plain paper into clear paper?
Of course it is a fake tracing/clear paper but it looks very similar to the real one and so I get the effect I want!
Let's see how to make a fake clear paper!
Gosto de juntar vários recortes, separados por temas em sacos plásticos ou pequenas caixas, e muitos deles foram feitos apenas usando carimbos. Claro que posso carimbar diretamente no papel vegetal.I like to put together several cutouts, separated by themes in plastic bags or small boxes, and many of them were made using stamps only. Mas os recortes que faço dos papéis de Scrapbooking ou até quando imprimo figuras da internet não são em papel vegetal, então fiquei pensando em um jeito fácil e rápido de transformar o papel esses recortes!But the cutouts I make of Scrapbooking papers or even when I print pictures from the internet are not on clear paper, so I kept thinking about an easy and quick way to transform these cutouts paper!
Nas fotos acima e abaixo vemos papéis vegetais falsos, muito parecidos com os verdadeiros, feitos a partir de papel comum. A transparência é uma característica importante no papel vegetal e com o método abaixo é possível obter essa transparência.
Na foto abaixo o papel da esquerda é falso papel vegetal e o da direita é papel comum. Mas o da esquerda também era papel comum e branco como o da direita. Belo efeito, não é?
In the photos above and below we see fake clear papers, very similar to the real ones, made from plain paper. Transparency is an important characteristic in tracing/clear paper and with the method below it is possible to obtain this transparency.
In the photo below the paper on the left is fake tracing/clear paper and the one on the right is plain paper. But the one on the left was also plain white paper like the one on the right. Nice effect, isn't it?
Precisamos do aquecedor de emboss ou do ferro elétrico, de uma superfície para apoiar o papel ou, no caso de usar o ferro elétrico, da própria tábua de passar.
We need the emboss heater or the electric iron, a surface to support the paper or, in the case of using the electric iron, the ironing board itself.
Colocamos um papel comum em cima da superfície escolhida, e em cima desse papel colocamos o recorte de papel que queremos transformar para papel vegetal.
We put a plain paper on top of the chosen surface, and on top of that paper we place the cutout that we want to transform into clear paper.
Precisamos de parafina, fácil de obter! Raspamos um pouco de vela branca dentro de um pote.
We need paraffin, easy to get!
We scrape a little white candle in a pot.
Vamos precisar também de um papel vegetal verdadeiro porque precisamos ver através dele.We also need a real tracing/clear paper because we need to see through it.
Colocamos um pouco de parafina sobre o recorte e o papel vegetal verdadeiro sobre a parafina e recorte.
We put a little bit of paraffin over the cutout and the real clear paper over the paraffin and cutout.
Com o aquecedor de emboss, cuidadosamente aquecemos a parafina para que derreta e cubra toda a superfície do recorte e como o papel vegetal verdadeiro está por cima fica fácil guiar o aquecedor.With the emboss heater, we carefully heat the paraffin so that it melts and covers the entire surface of the cutout and as the real parchment paper is on top it is easy to guide the heater.
Levantamos o papel vegetal verdadeiro e está pronto o nosso recorte com papel vegetal falso!We lift the real clear paper and our cutout with fake clear paper is ready!
