Mas, nem todo mundo tem! Ou porque não achou, ou porque o frete é caro.....enfim, como cortar cantos de papel e semicírculos em casa??
Ah, tem que ter uma maneira de fazer essas coisas, vamos ver?!
Corner rounder and circle cutter are two important tools for those who make Scrapbooking.
But, not everyone has them! Maybe because they didn't find them, or maybe because shipping is expensive ..... anyway, how to cut corners of paper and semicircles at home ??
There has to be a way to do these things!
Primeiro quero deixar claro que as duas ferramentas da foto acima são, de fato, bem importantes para quem faz Scrapbooking ou qualquer outro tipo de encadernação, e até incluo nisso Encadernação Artesanal.
Ter um cortador de círculos e um arredondador de cantos vale a pena!
Mas vamos lá! Vamos ver como arredondar cantos usando uma moeda no lugar da ferramenta acima.
First I want to make it clear that the two tools in the photo above are, in fact, very important for those who make Scrapbooking or any other type of craft, and I even include Handmade Binding.
Having a circle cutter and a corner rounder is worth it!
So let's go! Let's see how to round corners using a coin instead of the tool above.
Encoste a moeda perto das 2 extremidades do canto do papel que você quer arredondar. Esse canto deve ter 90º, e também teria que ter 90º se estivéssemos usando a ferramenta.
Com um lápis, faça uma marcação no papel porque teremos que usar a tesoura para cortar o canto.
Touch the coin close to the 2 ends of the corner of the paper you want to round. This corner must be 90º, and it would also have to be 90º if we were using the tool.
With a pencil, make a mark on the paper because we will have to use scissors to cut the corner, there's no other way.
Comece o corte com a tesoura bem aberta e use uma tesoura afiada. Com a tesoura bem aberta o objetivo é conseguir cortar o canto todo sem tirar a tesoura para que o corte saia o mais preciso possível.
Start the cut with the scissors wide open and use sharp scissors. With the scissors wide open the goal is to be able to cut the whole corner without removing the scissors so that the cut comes out as accurately as possible.
O tamanho do corte depende do tamanho da moeda que você usar: quanto maior a moeda, mais largo ficará o arredondamento. Se quiser um arredondamento menor use uma moeda menor.
The size of the cut depends on the size of the coin you use: the bigger the coin, the wider the rounding will be. If you want less rounding, use a smaller coin.
Agora vamos ao corte de círculos, na verdade o que nos interessa é o corte de meio-círculo porque queremos fazer uma dedeira em algum lugar do papel.
Na ferramenta de corte podemos cortar exatamente meio círculo porque temos 2 marcas nas laterais da ferramenta indicando onde é o meio, então só colocamos o papel até essas marcas e pressionamos a ferramenta.
Now we are going to cut circles, in fact we are interested in cutting half circles because we want to make a finger anywhere on the paper.
With the cutting tool we can cut exactly half a circle because we have 2 marks on the sides of the tool indicating where the middle is, so we just put the paper until these marks and press the tool.
O corte fica perfeito, meio círculo.
The cut is perfect, half a circle.
Com uma moeda é mais difícil, claro. Mas vamos ver como fazer da melhor maneira possível.
Primeiro precisamos de um círculo, e isso é fácil de fazer: basta colocar uma moeda sobre um papel e traçar em volta com um lápis.
With a coin is more difficult, of course. But let's see how to do it in the best possible way.
First we need a circle, and this is easy to do: just place a coin on a paper and trace it around with a pencil.
Mas antes de cortar o círculo vamos fazer algumas marcações nele e a primeira é exatamente na metade do círculo.

Fazemos também outras marcações, e só depois recortamos o círculo.

Agora para cortar um meio círculo em um papel, quando queremos uma dedeira, basta posicionar o círculo de papel e escolher a marcação de acordo com o tamanho que queremos cortar.

Para meios círculos grandes escolhemos a marcação feita no meio do círculo, posicionamos na extremidade do papel, contornamos com lápis e recortamos.

Essas duas formas de substituição das 2 ferramentas são paleativas e a perfeição delas depende da experiência de quem corta e de uma boa tesoura também, por isso, o ideal mesmo é ter as 2 ferramentas mencionadas.
