And in this one I show how to make a Christmas Angel with the same technique of folding the sheets of a book, and it looks beautiful!

Escolha um livro que tenha entre 150 e 200 folhas, no máximo, e separe as folhas em 6 partes aproximadamente iguais.
Choose a book that has a maximum of 150 to 200 sheets, and separate the sheets into approximately 6 equal parts.
Separe a primeira e última partes com a ajuda de um clips, elas serão as asas do anjo.
Separate the first and the last parts with the help of clips, they will be the wings of the angel.
Com o livro de frente para você dobre a primeira folha, de baixo pra cima, em direção à lombada.
Na verdade a forma de dobrar as folhas é exatamente igual ao que fizemos no post anterior, se você viu o post/vídeo anterior fica bem fácil de entender.
With the book facing you, fold the first sheet from the bottom up toward the spine.
In fact the way to fold the sheets is exactly the same as we did in the previous post, if you saw the previous post / video it is very easy to understand.
Dobre novamente a folha em direção à lombada...
Fold the sheet back toward the spine ...
Faça os vincos com a ajuda de uma dobradeira ou espátula.
Make the creases with the help of a folder or spatula.
Com o excesso, a ponta da dobra, que forma o triângulo faça uma nova dobra e coloque-a para o outo lado da folha.
With the excess, the tip of the fold that forms the triangle make a new fold and place it to the other side of the sheet.
Repita o mesmo procedimento com todas as folhas que você separou com o clips e você terá uma asa.
Repeat the same procedure with all the sheets you have separated with the clips and you will have a wing.
Coloque novamente o clips para segurar a asa que está pronta e repita o procedimento com a sexta parte das folhas separadas para fazer a outra asa.

Você terá agora as duas asas prontas.

É o momento de fazer o corpo, a roupa do anjo. Comece na primeira folha após a primeira asa, mas desta vez dobre de cima para baixo, exatamente com o mesmo procedimento de dobras.
This is the time to make the body, the angel's clothes. Start on the first sheet after the first wing, but this time fold from top to bottom with exactly the same folding procedure.
Dobre uma vez a folha na direção da lombada, faça o vinco, dobre novamente em direção à lombada, faça o vinco.

Dobre a ponta do triângulo para dentro do livro.
Fold the tip of the triangle into the book.
Repita esse procedimento até todas as folhas tenham sido dobradas e você terá o corpo/ roupa do anjo.
Repeat this procedure until all sheets have been folded and you will have the angel's body / clothing.
Passe um pouco de cola quente entre cada folha das asas, separadamente.
Spread some hot glue between each wing sheet separately.
Para tirar um pouco do branco do papel use algum tipo de tinta, no anjo abaixo eu usei uma esponja com um pouco de tinta acrílica dourada para passar nas extremidades das folhas dobradas que formavam a roupa.
To remove some of the white from the paper use some ink, on the angel below I used a sponge with some golden acrylic paint to pass the on ends of the folded sheets that formed the clothes.
Use uma bola de ping pong ou de isopor para servir como cabeça mas se usar a de ping pong passe uma lixa macia em toda a superfície para deixa-la lisa e tirar as imperfeições.
Use a ping pong or Styrofoam ball to serve as the head, but if you use a ping pong ball, use a soft sandpaper all over the surface to make it smooth and remove imperfections.
Você pode deixar a bola branca, pinta-la ou usar uma meia feminina pra dar um pouco de cor a ela.
You can leave the ball white, paint it or use a feminine sock to add some color to it.
Use renda ou até mesmo um pedaço de doilie para enfeitar a roupa do anjo, perto do pescoço.
Use lace or even a piece of doilie to adorn the angel's clothes near the neck.
A partir deste momento você pode enfeitar o anjo como quiser!
From this moment on you can adorn the angel as you wish!
