Livro Médico (Medical Book)

Olá!

Este é um Livro Médico para facilitar a vida das mamães e seus bebês e este, em especial, fiz para dar de presente pra uma mamãe e filhota mais que queridas.

Mas e como usar um Livro Médico?  Ah, sabe quando a gente leva o filhote ou filhota no médico e vem aquelas perguntas: A que horas começou a febre? Desde quando ele não quer comer? O que ele comeu antes de vomitar? etc, etc, etc.......

Aí, o pânico se instaura no rosto de algumas mães porque elas não lembram da hora em que tudo aconteceu, por isso fiz este Livro Médico!

Funciona assim: 

A criança começa a ficar enjoadinha, não quer comer....aí, a mamãe anota no Livro que em tal dia não quis almoçar, tal hora começou a ter febre, anota de quanto era a febre, e assim vai escrevendo os outros sintomas no livro.

Quando chegar a hora de ir no pediatra é só levar o Livro Médico  e mostrar pra ele, garanto que ele vai adorar saber de todas as informações que estão no livro!

E mais: quando ele receitar os remédios, o controle dos horários também pode ser feito no Livro e as reações da criança durante o tratamento também. Novas visitas ao pediatra vão ser bem mais produtivas quando ele puder abrir o Livro e ver tudo que aconteceu depois que o tratamento começou.

Outro uso do Livro Médico? Viagens!

Quando for viajar leve o Livro Médico também. Em caso de febre, de dor de garganta, etc...a mamãe pode ver situações iguais que já aconteceram antes e saber como agir, caso não tenha como levar a criança ao médico.

This is a Medical Book to make life easier for moms and their babies and this in particular I have made to give away to a dear friend mommy and her baby.

But  how to use a Medical Book? Oh, you know when we take the children to the doctor and there comes those questions: What time did he/she get the fever? Since when he/she does not want to eat? What did he/she eat before vomiting? etc, etc, etc .......

Then the panic is established in the face of some mothers because they do not remember the time when all those things happened, so I made this Medical Book!

It works like this:

The child starts to get annoyed, does not want to eat .... so, the mother notes in the book that on that day the child did not have lunch, also the time he/she began to have fever, notes how was the fever and  keep  on writing the other symptoms in the book.

When it's time to go to the pediatrician's just take the Medical Book and show him, I guarantee you he will love to know all the information that is in the book!

And there's more, when he prescribes the drugs, control of schedules can also be done in the book and the child's reactions during the treatment as well. New visits to the pediatrician will be much more productive because he can open the book and see everything that happened after the treatment has began.

Another use of the Medical Book? On a travel!

 Keep the Medical Book While traveling. In case of fever, sore throat, etc ... the Mom can see similar situations that have occurred before and know what to do if she does not have the opportunity of taking the child to the doctor.

Vamos lá:

A capa externa mede 19,5cm de base x 20cm de altura com 4,5cm de espessura na lombada.

Dentro temos um bolso tipo encaixe para colocar papéis soltos, um pequeno bloco para anotações, um lápis, uma caneta e um caderno. Na capa interna do caderno há um bolso para guardar papéis também.

Here we go:

The outer casing measures 19,5cm base x 20cm high with 4.5 cm thick stitching.

Inside we have a kind of pocket for placing loose papers, a small block for notes, a pencil, a pen and a notebook. The internal notebook cover has a pocket to hold small roles as well.

O caderno mede 14cm x 18cm e tem  100 folhas (200 páginas) de papel offset branco, 120g/m².

The book measures 14cm x 18cm and has 100 sheets (200 pages)of  white offset paper, 120 g / m².

O caderno pode ser retirado da capa então quando ele acabar é só substituir por outro caderno e guardar o anterior que fica como uma espécie de "arquivo" de informações sobre a criança.

The notebook can be removed from the cover so when it ends just replace it with another notebook and save the previous one to be a sort of "file" of information about the child.

A lateral da capa externa possui uma costura fantasia.

O fechamento é com fita de cetim e pode ser feitos de 2 maneiras, vou fazer um vídeo mostrando este Livro Médico e como fazer o fechamento.
