A Viagem (23): Londres (London - The Trip)

Vou mostrar mais um pouco dos jardins do Palácio de Kensington antes de mostrar os salões.

Hello!

This time let´s continue our tour through the gardens of Kensington Palace before visiting its rooms.

Boa parte dos jardins é aberta aos visitantes e todos são bem cuidados. Neste momento das fotos é Outono então as folhas das árvores estavam caindo, a Natureza toda se preparando para o Inverno.

Much of the garden is open to visitors and all are well maintained. By this time of the photos is autumn so the leaves were falling, the whole Nature preparing for Winter.

Em muitos dos lagos e piscinas artificiais existem patos e para minha surpresa, eles voam! E voam muito bem!

Lembro de uma vez ao atravessar uma rua de Londres, escutei o barulho dos 'quá-quá'  e olhei em volta para ver onde estavam os patos....eles estavam em cima, voando.

Eu sei que patos voam, já que são aves, mas aqui no Rio de Janeiro acho que é impossível ver um pato voando.

In many artificial lakes and pools there are ducks and to my surprise, they fly! And fly very well!

I remember once when I was crossing a London street, I've heard the sound of 'quack-quack'  and I've looked around to see where the ducks were .... they were all over, flying.

I know that ducks fly, they're birds, but here in Rio de Janeiro it's impossible to see a flying duck.

As pessoas também frequentam os jardins para descansar, para ler, para ficar sob o Sol, enfim, é um lugar tranquilo.



People also attend the gardens to rest, to read, to stay under the sun, at last, is a quiet place.

E como eu gosto de lugares tranquilos também aproveitei para sentar neste banco e olhar a paisagem, que era deslumbrante!

And as I also like quiet places I took the opportunity to sit on this bench and look at the scenery, it was stunning!

Semana que vem finalmente começo a mostrar o interior da atual residência do Príncipe William e sua família.
