 Vamos comemorar fazendo ATC Coins?! 



Escolhi ATC circular porque acho que tem tudo a ver com o título que dei: "Noite Estrelada"; e noite lembra Lua e como a Lua é redondinha......ATC Circular!



Halloween com seus mistérios e magias, abóboras e morcegos, bruxas e até fadas está cada vez mais conquistando as pessoas e convidando  todos a fazer parte desta grande festa.

Let's celebrate making some ATC Coins!

I've chosen ATC Coins because I think they have everything to do with the title I've given : "Starry Night"; and night resembles moon and as the moon is round...... ATC Coins!

Halloween with its mysteries and magic, pumpkins and bats, witches and even fairies is increasingly conquering people and inviting everyone to be part of this great party.

Os ATCs circulares medem 6,35cm de diâmetro e vou usar um papel metalizado azul porque quero representar o céu noturno.

Vou usar também algumas estrelas metalizadas, daí o nome "Noite Estrelada".

The ATC Coins  measure 6.35cm in diameter and I will use a blue metallic paper to represent the night sky.

I will also use some metallic stars, hence the name "Starry Night".

Escolhi um carimbo com a frase Happy Halloween....

 I've chosen a stamp with the phrase Happy Halloween ....

 ....e vou usar uma carimbeira Archival Ink preta porque preciso enxergar a frase no cartão metálico.

.... and I'm going to use a black Archival Ink  because I need to see the phrase on the metallic card.

Enquanto a tinta seca, uso também a Archival Ink para carimbar a silhueta de um morcego em cima de um papel preto.

While the ink dries, I am going to use Archival Ink to stamp the silhouette of a bat on top of a black paper.

E recorto o morcego!

And cut out the bat!

Com caneta Uniball Signo branca ....

 With a white Uniball Signo pen.....

.... faço um contorno interno no morcego, pra realçar.

 .... I draw an internal contour on the bat, to highlight it.

E com a mesma caneta branca, escrevo a frase Happy Halloween tendo como guia a carimbada anterior com a Archival Ink.

And with the same white pen, I write the phrase Happy Halloween with the previous stamp with Archival Ink as a guide.

Escolho um pedaço de tule preto e faço um pequeno furo no ATC por onde vou amarrar e dar laço nesse pedaço de tule.

I pick a piece of black tulle and make a small hole in the ATC where I will tie this piece of tulle.

 Aplico minúsculos pingos de cola por todo o cartão para colar as estrelas.

I apply tiny drops of glue all over the card to glue the stars.

E está pronto!

Este é o último Junk Journal de HALLOWEEN, e até agora não consigo dizer qual deles está mais bonito.

This is HALLOWEEN's last Junk Journal, and so far I can't say which one looks better.

This year was an atypical year for me, with personal issues, so while you are reading this post I'm on the other side of the Atlantic solving some situations.

Este é o segundo Junk Journal de HALLOWEEN e está ficando difícil escolher o mais bonito, deve ser porque adoro Halloween.

This is the HALLOWEEN's second Junk Journal and it's getting hard to pick the prettiest one, it must be because I love Halloween.

Fiz 4 Junk Journals, todos com o mesmo número de folhas, mesmo tamanho, as mesmas tags e enfeites mas colocados em ordem diferente em cada livro.

I made 4 Junk Journals, all with the same number of sheets, same size, same tags and embellishments but placed in different order in each book.

Mas os 4 Junk Journals tem capas totalmente diferentes, então o melhor é escolher pela capa.

But the 4 Junk Journals have totally different covers, so it's best to choose by the cover.

Vou repetir a descrição que fiz no primeiro post, e nos posts seguintes vou colocar igual já que todos são iguais.

Halloween Junk Journal #4 - VÍDEO

E hoje temos o quarto e último Junk Journal de Halloween de 2019, com os enfeites e a parte interna muito parecida com os 3 últimos junks, apenas a capa é diferente.



Já estou com saudades do Halloween, é a maior festa pagã que para os pagãos chama-se Samhain, gosto de comemorar, de esculpir abóboras, de fazer rituais de banimento e de prosperidade.

And today we have the fourth and last 2019 Halloween Junk Journal, with the embellishments and the text blocks much like the last 3 junks, only the cover is different.

I'm already missing Halloween, it's the biggest pagan festival that for the pagans it is called Samhain, I like to celebrate, to carve pumpkins, to do rituals of banishment and prosperity.

Ano que vem terei mais desafios de Halloween: fazer novos Junks Journals com novas ideias, com capas diferentes e quem sabe tamanhos diferentes também, mas alguns tipos de enfeite permanecerão o mesmo, como as cantoneiras para papéis.

Next year I'll have more Halloween challenges: making new Junks Journals with new ideas, with different covers and maybe different sizes too, but some types of embellishment will remain the same, like the paper angles.

Daqui pra frente será o tempo das festas de Natal, falta pouco, hoje já é dia 1º de Novembro e já posso montar minha árvore de Natal que está com minha família há 25 anos, velhinha, mas ainda ficará aqui por muito tempo.

Como fazer unhas postiças? (How to Make Fingernails?) - VÍDEO

Sabe aquelas unhas que usei no vídeo dos Junk Journals de Halloween? Quer ver como eu fiz?



É bem fácil e você ainda ajuda a Natureza porque usei uma garrafa de plástico! 



A Lista de Material está logo abaixo, e o vídeo também. 



Além de fazer unhas pro Halloween também podemos fazer unhas pra outras ocasiões e até kits, com unhas de todas as cores! Depois de usar, elas saem facilmente e podemos guarda-las até o próximo uso. 



É muito prático porque nem sempre temos tempo pra pintar as unhas ou pra ir na manicure.

You know those nails I've  used in the Halloween Junk Journals video? Want to see how I've made them?

It's pretty easy and you still help nature because I've used a plastic bottle!

The List of Materials is just below, and so is the video.

Besides making nails for Halloween we can also make nails for other occasions and even nail kits, with nails of all colors! After use, they come out easily and we can store them until the next use.

It's very practical because we do not always have time to paint our nails.

É preciso que as unhas verdadeiras estejam pintadas com qualquer tipo de esmalte: incolor, base, colorido, não importa, mas tem que estar pintadas porque esse esmalte vai proteger as unhas da cola que precisaremos usar.



A cola é aplicada em cima da unhas verdadeira com o esmalte, depois coloca-se a unha falsa, pressiona-se um pouco e pode-se lixar a unha, se necessário, e por fim, pintar normalmente com algum esmalte.



Pra retirar é bem fácil: sob a torneira aberta vai-se mexendo na unha, puxando com suavidade até que ela se solte por completo. Agora é só guardar as unhas falsas para a próxima vez que precisar!

The true nails need to be painted with any type of enamel: colorless, base, colored, it does not matter, but they must be painted because this enamel will protect the nails from the glue that we need to use.

The glue is applied on top of the actual nail with the enamel, then the fake nail is put on, pressed a little and can be sanded if necessary, and finally, painted with some enamel.

To withdraw is quite easy: under the open tap star  moving the fake nail, pulling gently until it loosens completely. Now just save your fake nails for the next time you need them!

Material:
- uma garrafa plástica de água ou refrigerante;

- lápis ou caneta;

- papel adesivo;

- régua;(opcional)

- tesoura;

- cola Tek Bond artesanato nº2;



Material:

Halloween Junk Journal #3 - VÍDEO

Este é o terceiro Junk Journal de Halloween, com as mesmas características dos 2 anteriores.



Fazer Junk Journal é uma jornada de aventuras e criatividade. Ás vezes quando acho que uma ideia vai dar certo e tento aplica-la ao junk, dá errado. Outras vezes, ideias simples dão certo e são de grande impacto.



As capas do Junk são um exercício de criatividade porque como fiz apenas 4 junks, e tenho muito material disponível, precisei limitar e reduzir esse material, testar, posicionar figuras, retirar e assim continua e sucessivamente reduzir o material a apenas 4 capas. Já com o miolo do junk é diferente: são 112 folhas pra soltar a criatividade, pra colar, carimbar, recortar, envelhecer...enfim, dá pra fazer tudo. Então quando fui pra etapa de fazer capas me senti "presa" na criatividade porque minha vontade era ter 112 capas pra decorar.

This is the third Halloween Junk Journal, with the same features as the previous 2.

Making Junk Journal is a journey of adventure and creativity. Sometimes when I think an idea will work out and try to apply it to the junk, it goes wrong. In other times, simple ideas work and are of great impact.

The Junk covers are an exercise in creativity because as I only made 4 junks, and I had a lot of material available, I needed to limit and reduce this material, test, position figures, withdraw and thus continuously and successively reduce the material to only 4 covers. Yet with the text block of the junk is different: there are 112 sheets to release the creativity, to paste, to stamp, to cut, to age ... anyway, we can do everything. So when I went to the stage of making covers I felt "stuck" in creativity because I wanted to have 112 covers to decorate.

O que acontece é que criatividade é como um músculo: quanto mais se usa, mais forte fica! E como eu decorei 4 Junk Journals, cada um com 112 folhas, ou seja, decorei 448 folhas com tags, carimbos, papéis, envelopes, cantoneiras, tarjas, bolsos, etc.....quando foi a vez das capas precisei limitar minha criatividade a apenas quatro. As ideias borbulhavam em minha mente, foi muito difícil escolher o material dessas capas.

What happens is that creativity is like a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it gets! And as I have decorated 4 Junk Journals, each one with 112 sheets, that is, I have decorated 448 sheets with tags, stamps, papers, envelopes, angles, stripes, pockets, etc ..... when it was time to decorate the covers I needed to limit my creativity to just 4 sheets. Ideas bubbled through my mind, it was very hard to choose the material of these covers.

Como eu disse antes, fiz apenas um vídeo com os 4 Junk Journals porque são muito parecidos por dentro, o que difere são as capas então no vídeo mostro apenas um deles por dentro e as capas de todos.

No próximo post mostrarei o quarto e último Junk Journal de 2019.

As I said before, I only did a video with the 4 Junk Journals because they are very similar inside, what differs are the covers so in the video I show only one of them and the covers of all.
